1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Affordable Business Management Solutions (Madivio) d/b/a Agent Nucleus, Walpole, Massachusetts.
Promotional Sponsors: SumHealth, Settle Advisor (not responsible for administration).

2. Sweepstakes Period

Start: March 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET
End: June 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET
Entries submitted outside this period are invalid.

3. Eligibility

• Must be a current licensed insurance agent or financial advisor

• 18+ and a legal U.S. resident

• Must have an active insurance or advisor license at the time of entry

• Excluded: Employees and immediate family of Sponsor

4. How to Enter

• Complete the official [entry form](INSERT LINK HERE)

• Limit: one entry per person

• No purchase or policy sale required

5. Prize

• One (1) winner receives $500 toward rent or mortgage

• Prize delivered by check

• Winner must verify active license

• If the winner does not claim prize within the standard claim period, an alternate will be selected

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner chosen at random from all eligible entries

• Notified by email or phone/SMS

• Must respond and verify eligibility within the claim period, or prize will be forfeited

7. Publicity

Winner agrees to allow use of name, city, and testimonial for marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Taxes

Winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes. Madivio, LLC may issue tax forms as required by law.

9. Governing Law

Sweepstakes governed by Massachusetts law

10. General Conditions

• Void where prohibited

• Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend Sweepstakes in case of fraud, technical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances

• Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding
